| Archival Reproductions | Archival reproductions (giclee) prints are created with a calibrated color management system using a large format Epson printer and pigmented inks. When used in combination with archival or 100% rag papers, the prints will have a life in excess of 50 years (when framed under glass) without any noticeable fading, based on testing by Wilhelm-Research. We use an Epson Stylus Pro 4800 printer and various Epson and Crane media. The ink is UltraChrome K3 Pigmented. For example the life of the prints with the papers we most often use are: Epson Enhanced Matte Paper... 76 years Epson Satin Canvas... 75 years Epson Ultrasmooth Fine Art paper... 108 years Epson Premium Luster Photo paper... 71 years Prints using the Advanced B&W Mode have even longer life. |
| Custom Framing | We make our own wood frames out of certified domestic and imported hardwoods as well as selected softwoods. We make the molding in our shop and cut all miters on our dedicated machines. All frames are sealed with shellac to protect the artwork from any acids in the wood. |
| Archival Art Prints | Most of the images on this site are available as Archival Art Prints either in the form of note cards which are mailable and framable, or larger matted prints. All prints meet archival standards. Custom Framing is also available. |
